Bitcoin SEND transactions can result in NEGATIVE balance

This is a known issue with the Bitcoin blockchain: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/3810

In a future update, we will implement some logic to accurately represent the wallet balance while pending transactions remain unconfirmed. For now, it is merely an aesthetic issue.

For now, we added code to detect this condition and deny the transaction, if it will result in negative balances on the blockchain. For forward compatibility, we will need to implement a more fine-grained way of calculating the account balance (since the Bitcoin blockchain API functions do not properly handle all cases currently).
